Error (MMC has detected an error in a snap-in and will unload it) when you try to launch Windows Firewall with Advanced Security on Local Computer / Server. This issue can be fixed by deleting a particular MMC registry entry. Before deleting the below registry entry please take a backup of your entire registry. Key to be deleted:
